    • We will not send another shipment, either by express or regular shipping, due to issues with the order's arrival time.

  3. Exclusion of Non-Business Days:

    • Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays must be excluded from the expected arrival time of an order.
    • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday.
