Free Shipping is only available on orders above Rs: 4999.

Express Shipping Policy

We offer two Shipping Couriers and their prices vary accordingly, Leopards Courier and TCS Courier, You can select either of these two.

  1. Carrier Selection:

    • You order will be dispatched by the selected courier only, in case of advancement payment, your order will automatically be dispatched via TCS.
    • Customer has the right to use its courier, incase of any change in shipping courier, customer will notified via call or message.

  2. Shipping Delays

    • We only use express options in both couriers, so you can expect early deliveries but incase of any natural disasters like rain etc, your order might be delayed.
    • We only provide an assumption of delivery time and delays might happen due to courier service. In this case we will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by courier.

  3. Exclusion of Non-Business Days:

    • Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays must be excluded from the expected arrival time of an order.
    • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday Only

Overview Our Fast Shipping options are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you need your items in a hurry, and we're here to make that happen.

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 Business days in Karachi, 3-7 Working Days. in Other Cities, Specially Far Away cities like Peshawar, Kashmir etc.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
    • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
